• Experienced in tech/help desk support for similar software vendor.
• Identify and analyze issues to determine appropriate course of action.
• Prioritize work tasks and activities.
• Manage individual work and contribute collectively to team.
• Solid understanding of Windows platform and supporting environments; certifications a plus.

TRAINER

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity training accounting/manufacturing software.
• Travel required.
